Project Lead eCommerce (a.i.)

Job Description
Do you want to deliver a global eCommerce solution for B2C and B2B and play a vital role in the online eCommerce journey for a multinational in durable consumer goods? 
As the Project Lead eCommerce (Product Manager) you will be responsible for building and delivering the Online Stores of our client in close cooperation with their global ERP transformation program. 

Next to this you will be responsible for process improvements on eCommerce product management (backlog creation, data analysis, prioritization, reporting, a.o.). This is a position where you will be empowered to have a significant responsibility within the teams you need to connect with.
Our client offers you a fantastic opportunity to be part of a big global replatforming project for B2C and B2B and you will also be part of the Global eCommerce team.

Key responsibilities:    
•    Review and optimize existing processes in the product management team;
•    Ensuring transparent and inclusive communication on replatforming project;
•    Ensure team delivers against set targets through optimized product management processes (scrum, agile);
•    Successfully going ‘live’ of the replatforming project by delivering roll out of countries and features connected to the new ERP system;
•    Project implementation of new site features and usability improvements;
•    Track progress of project and activities;
•    Ensuring quality standards are met; 
•    Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with overall program;
•    Reporting to senior stakeholders.

Functie-eisen

Experience/skills:
•    At least 7 years of experience with a proven track record of implemented eCommerce features;
•    Pragmatic and results-focused; driven to manage projects full cycle;
•    Creative out of the box thinking;
•    Able to work independently and within a team; good communication skills with a “can do” attitude towards problem solving;
•    Strong technical knowledge required; Hybris knowledge has a preference;
•    Strong organizational & project skills;
•    Marketing and e-Commerce experience in a multinational environment;
•    Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with stakeholders located in various countries;
•    You have a hands-on attitude, a strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritize accordingly;
•    Experience with the SCRUM methodology required.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Conditions of employment:     
Our client offers an informal work atmosphere in an global environment where initiative is the norm. We are looking for a candidate for about 32-40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible till the end of 2018!
For this interim position we can offer you a secondment contract (‘detachering’) with a gross salary of approx. € 5.000/ 5.500 per month (on a fulltime base) or a freelance contract with a maximum hourly rate of approx. € 70,-.
